In addition to our terms and conditions, garment orders that are Christmas presents can take advantage of an extended refund period until the Monday 12th January 2025, please note that we also offer a 45 day exchange policy (please see exchanges section here below as the Finest Range has a 28 day exchnage policy). At the time of ordering please indicate on the checkout page within the 'Special Instructions' box that the item is an 'Xmas gift' , or reply to your e-mail order confirmation stating 'Xmas gift', or e-mail us directly at [email protected] quoting your order number or order name. The Post Office offers a next working day guaranteed delivery service so as long as you post back the garment unworn, with tags intact and in a saleable condition by Friday 9th January so that it arrives by Monday 12th January 2025 will receive a refund. Items returned after Monday 12th January 2025 or after will be eligible for an exchange or credit voucher.
In accordance with the shipping notification e-mail, please follow the returns instructions and also e-mail us to let us know you are returning the garment ordered and whether you require an exchange or refund. You can e-mail us at any time to request a re-send of the returns instructions, please ensure you quote your full name and address as per your order if you don't have your order number. In addition to the extended Christmas refund period, we offer a 45 day exchange policy across the range with the exclusion of the 'Finest Sheepskin' and 'Finest Toscana' ranges which are covered by a 28 day exchange policy.
Please note that courier collections range between 12pm - 2pm each day, we would recommend placing orders the night before or by 10am to have a chance of being dispatched Monday to Friday. The last order day for Christmas Delivery is Sunday 21st December and orders should be placed using Next Working Day Delivery options, orders placed after this time will not be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.
Please note there are no courier collections on the 23rd and 24th December nor on the 31st December. We will be closed from 4pm on Tuesday 23rd December. We will be processing orders, returns and exchanges from Monday 29th December until Tuesday 30th December and then again from Friday 2nd January. Warehouse returns address will be detailed on the electronic shipping note that is e-mailed or you can e-mail us and request returns details and instructions. Normal working hours resume on Monday 5th January 2026.
