Refunds and Exchanges

Standard stock orders placed online carry a 22 day no quibble refund policy as well as a 60 day exchange option (Finest Sheepskins and Toscanas have a 30 day exchange option). Refunds are applied within approximately 2 to 5 working days of processing the return item.

All we ask is that the garments are returned unused, undamaged and with tags fully intact within the aforementioned time periods. Please note that the tags do not impede trying on the garment nor gifting it to another person. Removal of, or tampering with the tags will invalidate the refund and exchange policy.

Once you receive delivery of your garment order and have had a chance to try it on you will know fairly quickly if the fit is okay and whether it is what you are after. We are keen to identify sooner rather than later all returns as this helps with warehouse stock management and enables us to deliver more competitive prices for high quality garments to our customers. 

To enable prompt allocation of refunds and exchanges please ensure that the item is returned to the warehouse returns address as detailed on the electronic dispatch note e-mailed. You can telephone or e-mail us to confirm the warehouse returns address for your order should you misplace the dispatch note.

Exchanges for Finest Toscana & Finest Shearling Lambskin & Sheepskin Ranges

Exchanges for the 'Finest' Toscana and 'Finest' Lambskin and Sheepskin ranges will have an exchange period of 30 days as we require customers to notify us as soon as possible if they require a different size or style, this is to enable us to manage stock levels since these garments are particularly expensive to produce.


Christmas Gifts

In addition to our terms and conditions including the 60 day exchange policy for standard stock items but excluding 'Finest' range (standard Finest Sheepskins and Toscana orders have a 30 day exchange option), garment orders that are Christmas presents can take advantage of an extended refund period up till the 11th January 2019. At the time of ordering please indicate on the checkout page within the 'Special Instructions' box  that the item is an 'Xmas gift' , or reply to your e-mail order confirmation stating 'Xmas gift', or e-mail us direct at quoting your order number or order name. The Post Office offers a next working day guaranteed delivery service so long as you post back the garment unworn, tags intact and in a saleable condition using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service the working day before the 11th January 2019, you will receive a refund. Items received back after the 11th January 2019 will be eligible for an exchange or credit voucher.


Returns Address

You wiill receive a dispatch note and this will detail the actual warehouse returns address and returns instructions, please note that our admin office at Stanford Bridge in Worcestershire is not a warehouse storage location. If you loose your dispatch note with the returns instructions please simply e-mail us with your order number and, or your name and address and we will confirm the returns address and details. You can also telephone us to request this information at any time.

Returns Labels

We tend to in the vast majority of cases get the customer the corresponding size first time. However for those that require an exchange we can book a subsidised returns labels for England, Scotland and Wales (excluding all islands, Highlands, and Northern Ireland) starting from £5.99 / £6.99 for a basic leather biker / bomber jacket depending on the weight and value of the garment, or alternatively the customer can use their own preferred method of delivery service for their return.

To request a subsidised returns label please e-mail us with your order number, name and address or simply reply to the electronic dispatch note e-mailed with your parcel tracking details and a subsidised returns label will be emailed directly to you with instructions. The returns label we can offer is a UK only Parcelforce service that operates from Post Offices in the main and these are at a part subsidised rate in accordance with value and weight of the item..


Please note the following post code areas and Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Island of Man are excluded from the returns label service: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25. All other orders can request a Parcelforce Post Office returns label at a subsidised rate to be confirmed upon request.


-We recommend that any returns are sent by 'Signed for Delivery Service' and insured service via the Post Office / Royal Mail (e.g. Recorded Royal Mail) or equivalent signed for and tracked courier service as we cannot take any responsibility for items that do not reach us. Proof of postage is not sufficient.
