Michelle thank you, your pre- sales service was excellent and I did need a 4X which is what I got. I had to collect the coat myself and I had to wait for over 1HOUR before the couriers could find it. Many other people were complaining but this is not the fault of your company.

My coat finally arrived after much discussion with the courier, however, it is lovely and a great fit!
How right you were, if I had the next size up even, let alone the size I ordered originally, it would have drowned me!!!!
