Terms and Conditions
Order Delivery
Orders are despatched for next working day delivery for main parts of England, Wales & Scotland. Majority of orders are processed within one working day.
The cost of standard delivery is £6.99 (GB pounds). All items will be sent by tracked and signed for delivery service.
Please provide a delivery address where there will be someone to receive and sign for the parcel, work address or neighbour's address is fine. Deliveries are weekdays between 8.30am and 5.30pm. We are not provided with an estimated delivery time or time slot by the delivery company.
Orders for delivery to remote UK mainland postcodes will be despatched by Parcel Force and will be charged at £10.00 (GBP pounds). Orders for UK Isles and Northern Ireland will be sent via Recorded Royal Mail and deliveries may take a feew days extra. .
If you do not receive the item(s) ordered within 7 days please contact us straight away, unless we have already been in contact with you to advise you of the estimated delivery date.
A delivery charge is charged per delivery made.
Orders for delivery to overseas destinations with be despatched via Parcel Force International Signed service, approximate rates are as follows:

Royal Mail Special Delivery for guaranteed and timed next working day service requests will be charged at the Royal Mail cost price.
Returns & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase then it may be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange on the item provided it is in its original packing, unused with labels intact. We will refund you by the same method that you paid us and we will process the refund within 1 working day of receiving the returned goods intact.
For return items, please first ensure the protective plastic sleeve is over the jacket before folding (as this protects from excessive creasing). Please take care to only fold the jacket once by bringing the bottom edge up to the chest / shoulder level. Coats may require two horizontal folds, again ensure plastic protective sleeve is over the garment before folding.
Returns Address
The specific returns address for a garment is the same as the warehouse sender address, this will be detailed in the despatch note. If you have a query please e-mail: info@ukleatherjackets.co.uk
Please:
- quote your name and address on the outside of the returns bag, this speeds up returns tracking and refund / exchange allocation.
- e-mail us if possible to let us know that you will be returning a garment or requiring an exchange. E-mail address is info@ukleatherjackets.co.uk. If you would like an exchange please detail item name, colour and size required, and also your contact telephone number and e-mail address.
- place the garment inside of its protective plastic sleeve, THEN fold once by bringing up the bottom of the jacket /coat towards the chest / shoulder level. This will prevent unnecessary and over creasing and enable the garment to reach us in the same condition sent.
We recommend that any returns are sent by Post Office / Royal Mail 'signed for delivery service' (i.e. Recorded Royal Mail) as we cannot take any responsibility for items that do not reach us. Proof of postage is not sufficient.
In the event of receipt of a faulty item please contact us within 7 days of receipt in order than we can either arrange replacement of the item or a refund upon our receipt back of the faulty item.
Items Out of Stock
In the event that an item ordered is temporarily out of stock we will inform you by email or telephone with the expected delivery date. Alternatively, you may wish to change your order for another jacket style that is in stock or withdraw your order.
Orders
To make a purchase, browse through the online catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished shopping, click on 'proceed to checkout' and you will be asked to complete a few details to enable us to fulfil your order.
Order receipt acknowledgement will be issued within 1 working day via e-mail. This will then be followed by an order despatch confirmation with delivery date (e.g. order has been despatched and will be delivered on dd/mm/yyyy) or despatch status notification (e.g. out of stock, expected delivery date is dd/mm/yyyy). These notifications will be issued via e-mail or alternatively via telephone, fax or post. Where an e-mail address is not provided, please allow extra time for these communications.
We reserve the right to decline an order. In such an instance payment will not be taken or will be refunded in full.
Special offers on particular styles, finishes and or colours can vary from time to time. We strive to offer quality design in leather and suede at an affordable price. Our range of leather and suede jackets extends between trendy, hip and latest fashion designs to chic and classic styles.
Making a Purchase
When making a purchase the consumer is entering into a contract with the supplier. Purchases through UK Leather Jackets will be governed by UK law.

Payment and Prices
We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch/Maestro and Solo.
Prices may be subject to change without notice, therefore it is important to note that we cannot always guarantee future orders at the same price. Orders placed will always be supplied at the price stated at the point of order.
Prices are in G.B. pounds sterling.
Overseas Orders
Orders placed by overseas customers and, or requiring overseas delivery can only be accepted via electronic card payment.
Orders are dispatched via international tracked postal service. Please note that where we are requested to investigate a claimed 'non-delivery' and the in-country delivery service provider supplies the official confirmation of delivery to the address provided by the customer there will be a £30 admin charge. Where the item ordered has genuinely not reached the customer a replacement garment will be despatched or refund applied.
Payment by Cheque
Payment by cheque is available if you prefer to this payment method, or don't have a debit / credit card.
Please place your order via this web site in the usual manner and select 'Pay by Mail or Fax'. Please complete the order page which create an electronic order with a unique reference number which you can print. An electronic confirmation of your order will be forwarded to your e-mail address. Before your order can be processed you will need to send by post your cheque payment for the total order value (which will include the £6.99 G.B. pounds delivery charge) to:

Note: that we will not be able to despatch your order until we receive your cheque. Upon receipt of your cheque we will send you an e-mail to confirm despatch of your order.
