In addition to our terms and conditions, garment orders that are Christmas presents can take advantage of an extended refund period up till the 11th January 2019. At the time of ordering please indicate on the checkout page within the 'Special Instructions' box that the item is an 'Xmas gift' , or reply to your e-mail order confirmation stating 'Xmas gift', or e-mail us directly at quoting your order number or order name. The Post Office offers a next working day guaranteed delivery service so as long as you post back the garment unworn, with tags intact and in a saleable condition using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service the working day before the 11th January 2019, you will receive a refund. Items received back after the 11th January 2019 will be eligible for an exchange or credit voucher.

In accordance with the shipping notification e-mail, please follow the returns instructions and also e-mail us to let us know you are returning the garment ordered and whether you require an exchange or refund. You can e-mail us at anytime to request a re-send of the returns instructions, please ensure you quote your full name and address as per your order if you dont have your order number. In addition to the extended Christmas refund period, we offer a 60 day exchange policy across the range with the exclusion of the 'Finest Sheepskin' and 'Finest Toscana' ranges which are covered by a 30 day exchange policy.
